"I don't write reviews often but when the service is ABOVE AND BELIEVE, you just have to tell the world. Brandon is going places in this field. You might meet agents that help you with a quote but once it's done, they tend to go MIA until you are ready to cancel. Brandon always replies and answers back. I'm still surprised how responsive he is to his clients, after such a long time. Not only him, but the others at the office as well. Everyone is so helpful and they truly go out their way to help you out. God bless them."

"Robert did an awesome job! He answered all my questions and explained everything well. I called thinking it was going to take some time to get a policy setup but Rob nailed it! "They lie just to make their sales quotas. The discount for bundling life insurance or hospital policies doesn’t pay for itself unless you’re paying $600/month for 1 car. It’s only a 2% discount and doesn’t stack if you already bundle renters/home insurance. They just assume you don’t know and want to trick you."

"It is unfortunate that this review comes from a former employee who has worked with several State Farm Agents over the past two years. Despite being cautioned against hiring him due to prior issues, I chose to give him an opportunity, hoping he had learned from his past mistakes. Unfortunately, this was not the case. After learning of his disrespectful conduct towards both State Farm employees and customers, I had no choice but to end his employment. Since his termination over eight months ago, he has exhibited vindictive behavior. He has a pattern of being let go from other insurance agencies and subsequently posting negative reviews or comments online typically saying that business is a scam. Many of his previous reviews have already been removed, and I hope this one will be as well. Update: Looks like he is now an Allstate Agent and may possibly be doing this now to discredit us because we are competition...very distasteful and unprofessional!"

"I got overwhelmed trying to take care of a banking issue I had, and when I finally resolved it, I visited the office to get my insurance account fixed.
